Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Funded Abroad Club ("the Club"), including its WhatsApp community, resource vault, live sessions and this website. By making a payment or joining the Club, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What the membership includes

• Access to the Club's WhatsApp community and your chosen track (UG or PG).
• Curated scholarship posts, verified against official sources at the time of posting.
• Deadline reminders, typically 30 days and 7 days before closing.
• The resource vault: tracker sheet, SOP and essay frameworks, recommendation letter templates and similar material.
• Monthly live Q&A sessions and recordings.
• Education loan and bank scheme updates.

The format, frequency and platform of these features may evolve as the Club grows, but the core service of scholarship information and reminders will continue for as long as the Club operates.

Price and payment

Founding membership costs ₹499, paid once through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The founding price is available for a limited number of members; after that, we may move to a different price or a recurring plan for new members. Founding members are never charged a renewal fee.

What "lifetime" means

Lifetime access means access for as long as the Club operates. If we ever decide to close the Club, we will give members at least 30 days' notice in the community and keep the resource vault available to download during that period.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, or have a parent or guardian purchase on your behalf and agree to these Terms. Each membership is for one person (or one student and their parents) and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

No guarantee of outcomes

The Club is an information and guidance service. We are not a scholarship provider, university, embassy or admissions agency, and we are not affiliated with any of them. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval or the award of any scholarship. All selection decisions are made solely by the relevant institution.

Accuracy of information

We verify each scholarship against its official source before posting. However, eligibility rules, amounts and deadlines can change without notice. Always confirm details on the official website before applying. We are not responsible for losses arising from changes made by third parties or from relying on a post without checking the official source.

Community rules

To keep the Club useful and safe, members must not:

• Share the invite link, resource vault, recordings or paid content with non-members.
• Post spam, promotions, referral links or unrelated content.
• Harass, abuse or discriminate against other members.
• Share other members' personal information.
• Post false or misleading scholarship information.

We may remove any member who breaks these rules, without refund.

Intellectual property

All Club content, including posts, frameworks, templates, trackers, recordings and branding, belongs to The Funded Abroad Club or its licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own applications. You may not copy, resell, republish or distribute it.

Third-party links and platforms

Posts link to official third-party websites, and the Club runs on WhatsApp and Razorpay. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of these third parties. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

Refunds

All sales are final once access has been delivered. The limited exceptions, such as duplicate payments or technical failures, are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Club is limited to the amount you paid for your membership. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed opportunities, application fees or admission outcomes.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Club after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY], India.
